When it comes to network marketing taxes for MLM, your job, your business, and anything else you use to make money, you have to know who you are.

Here is one of many questions that need to be asked. Are you a "person" or an "individual"?

If you notice, when you file and pay taxes, you may see the word "person" or "individual". Like the 1040 for the United States. It says, "U.S. Individual" tax form. If you look up the definition of "Individual", one word to define it is "person". If you look up the word "person", one word to define it is "Individual".

How can there be this closed circle of meaning? That means it is a fraud.

I found an awesome video series by John Harris and he talks about this term. If you are in the UK, then everything in this video applies to you.

If you are in one of the 50 United States, then the stuff about the parliment doesn't apply but everything else is the same here.

A network marketing email lead is valuable to have. It seems that the difficult part is getting them.

This really isn't difficult to do. If people see you as someone who is looking at their best interest and giving them a lot of useful information, then they will have no problem giving your email address.

You can set up a blog, like this one, that provides lots of great information and teaches people specific things to be successful in network marketing.

When you provide great content like this, you can put an email capture form on your page.

Just like the one on the side bar which is this one below:

Once someone signs up, you now have a network marketing email lead. Eventually, the more you help people, the more pages you build, the more email addresses you will have.

Now, you don't have to only do network marketing. If you want to focus on a health condition that will allow you to promote your products, then you follow the same process.

If you send out worthy emails, people will forward it to their friends to have them join also.

Intro to Getting Free Traffic From Google

This is a video introducing how to get free traffic from search engines like google, yahoo, and msn.



About a week to 2 weeks after building a new post I was found in google for the page and someone visited me from the search engine.

I ended up on page 8. Not to bad for making up a keyword to use instead of using the tool to find a keyword that people are searching for.

2 days later, the website results listing went from 52 million, down to 25 million and I moved down to page 9. So, I was still listed in google after they kicked out 27 million.

Getting listed in the search engines is very easy. The trick is getting people to find you.

Some people get excited about showing on page 1 for certain keywords but as I discussed, if no one is searching for the keyword, it doesn't matter where you rank.

So, make sure you know the keywords people are searching for to use to rank higher in the search engine.

MLM, Network Marketing - IRS loses challenge to prove tax liability

If you are looking for more information about MLM, Network Marketing and taxes, you want to read this.

One of the main issues is liability. There is none, period. If you are liable for taxes, then a statute must say, you are liable.

Let me give you an example of what that looks like and what it would look like if there was one.

This is Paul Mitchell's response to my inquiry of what one would look like and an example of a liability that does exist in subtitle C.

The employer shall be liable for the payment of the tax
required to be deducted and withheld under this chapter, and shall not be liable to any person for the amount of any such payment.

As you see, based on the liability statute for the above mentioned in Chapter 24 of Subtitle C, the employer is liable and not the employee. Now, employer and employee needs to be defined to see who that fits but that is for another time.

If there was a liability, it would have to look something like the following. You take the above and just change the language slightly, to create a genuine liability STATUTE for taxes imposed by IRC subtitle A, for example:

The recipient of income shall be liable for the payment of the tax required to be deduced and withheld under subtitle A.

Cf. "Inclusio unius est exclusio alterius" in Black's Law Dictionary,
Sixth Edition.

The good thing for us, nothing like the example above exists for subtitle A where the statutes for income taxes are located. Continue reading for a lot of information being thrown around.

I no longer pay taxes from my pay check. I terminated my w-4 from the corporation that I work for and replaced it with an Affidavit of exemption of withholding in lieu of a w-4.

The company I work for accepted it and changed my status to exempt from taxes. Now I am trying to get them to go back and change their records (w-2's) retroactive to the date that I signed them. Not fill out a 1040 like Pete says and declare myself under the jurisdiction of the United States (federal government, not 50 states)

I found out about the truth of Pete Hendrickson by reading Paul Mitchells work:

This book is very old (meaning it has been around a while and Petes is fairly new) and you should be able to see that Pete plagiarized the title of his book from Paul's.

The problem with the Tax Code (Title 26, subtitle A) is that there is no Liability Statute. They can not create one either because they fell silent (see below for links).

Now, the IRS is ESTOPPED. Also, the United States has filed for bankruptcy and the FED can not collect nor can the IRS (see links below).

If any time was right to get things right and stop paying the Federal Municipal tax that we all have volunteered to sign on, now is that time.

Forget waiting for the states to claim sovereignty, we need to claim our STATE Citizenship now and ditch our United States citizenship which is nothing more than a declaration of Federal citizenship out of Washington DC, PR, Somoa, Virgin Islands. United States in this meaning is the Federal states and territories, not the 50 states.

We have all been tricked and lied to.

After six-month review of over twenty Supreme Court cases, I have concluded that both Cryer and Hendrickson are liars as to who really owes the income-excise-privilege tax.

All this information is available in my Memorandum of Law on CD now for sale at the low price of 10.00. There is a three-fold nexis that catches nearly everyone so that they do indeed owe the income-excise-privilege tax on their monies.

Third, every person who is "employed" by the federal or any state government is in privilege and owes the income-excise-privilege tax, for the tax is an AVOIDABLE excise tax on his income derived from his "source," i.e., his government- conferred employment privilege.

And the last---and the most clever which began in 1942 thanks to the propaganda film of 33rd degree Walt Disney---is everyone working in the "legal relationship of employer and employee" owes the income-excise-privilege tax on their wages.

They derive "income from wages"---not that all wages are "income" as defined by the Supreme Court. For most Americans have volunteered into this "legal relationship" because most corporations will only hire "employees," evidenced by a signed W-4 or have admitted they are "self-employed."

Thus, the bullied American worker at common law moved from status to contract by voluntarily entering into a privileged relationship with the state of their residence and therefore the federal government/IRS can tax that "source" of "income" as per the 16th amendment and the Supreme Court's Helvering decision of 1938.

Thus, Hendrickson and Cryer and Schiff and a host of other "tax protest" leaders are fomenting a tax revolt while never telling the people they in fact owe the income-excise-privilege tax due to their "legal relationship of employer-employee" which they have ignorantly and voluntarily entered into with the state though they are working for a private business in the private sector.

Cryer is a LICENSED attorney and thus owes the income-excise-privilege tax on every cent he collected for his services. Cryer is also a high freemason as per his bio on his Memorandum of Law. Further, the DOJ/IRS must have deliberately lost their case against Cryer to further the revolt. This is pure Jesuit Hegelian dialectic at its finest!

MLM Fax Blasting - Why it will backfire

MLM fax blasting may seem like a free, easy, and great way to build your business but it will destroy it very quickly.

Fax blasting is a violation of many MLM company's Policies and Procedures and can get you terminated.

The other thing it does is turn you into an annoying telemarketing/spamming business person that no one wants to do business with.

These kinds of tactics use old and harassing methods that don't work. Also, it means you are working way to hard to get new prospects.

It is so much easier to create attraction by knowing what people are looking for and providing it to them.

Let's take a look at the difference between the 2 types of prospecting discussed so far and what happens between the 2. MLM Fax Blasting repels people, so it will fall in that category.

When you use the spammy tactics, people are going to want to stay away from you and tell others the same.

When you are using the attraction tactics, you are looking out for your prospects and customers first by helping them. That will leave them feeling good about you and they will want to learn more from you and work with you.

They will also refer people to you and so real business begins.

So, be helpful. Look to see how you can help others instead of trying to get something out of them.

You will also feel much better about yourself. Just think about the times when you helped people and didn't expect 1 thing from them. Think about how they felt.

Now think about times where you just focused on yourself and what you wanted. Maybe you wanted to sell something or get someone to do something for you. How did you feel, and how did the other person feel.

Just keep this in mind when working with others.

Network Marketing - Cold Calls and Automated Calls

I keep getting calls from network marketers and people in MLM. It gets very annoying. They get my phone number off of my replicated MLM website and think that gives them permission to call me.

Just as bad or worse is some of them put my number in an automated caller. That means they record a greeting and then it just calls me with no way for me to get out.

I received one today, just a couple minutes ago. At least he was nice and accepted my no and didn't try to tell me that I had no dream or that I just didn't want to be successful.

Yea, I had that happen. What a great way to try and lift yourself up by tearing someone else down. And he wanted me to join him?

Most people that I talk to who do cold & automated calling, say it doesn't work. So why do people keep trying it?

The ones I love are the people that call and say, "what if I could show you how to put an extra $10,000 on your table next month".

Of course I laugh because they can't do it.

If they could make money like that, that easy and quick, then why would they be calling me?

My guess is that they think I'm that stupid, I don't know.

The only way they can make that kind of money is by getting me to pay for something.

So now when they call, they say, let me ask you a question and I say no.

It throws them off, you should try it. Some people keep talking then stop. Some say huh? I didn't even ask you the question.

I learned that they are going to call, so I might as well have fun with them.

One of these days I will tell them what they should be doing instead of these cold calls that don't work.

The Lesson To Learn

The main thing to learn out of my rant is that you want to attract your customers and prospects. Doing things that send them running just is not the way to go about it. Not only that, but doing this failure way only has you wasting your time and resources.

Oh, by the way, don't ever give them your email address. This one guy was so shocked by how well my website did in the search engine, he wanted more info.

So I said I would email him. Next thing I know, I end up on some guys email list and couldn't get off.

I tried everything so I just started marking it as spam.

Get Listed in the Search Engines

Getting free traffic from the search engines is essential. To accomplish this, you need to build a page that is focused around a high demand and low supply keyword.

This page/site can be any of the following:

• Blog
• Website
• Squidoo Lens
• Hub Page
• Twitter
• Article pages
• And others you can think of

Once you do this, you need the search engines to know you have a page up.

You can do this many ways but here are 2:

1. Link to the page from a site that is already listed
2. Submit it to the search engines if it is not already listed (new blog, new website)

Lets talk about submitting the site to the search engines.

First, go to the search engine and do a search for the site. If it is a blog, then search for the blog address (ex. blog.mlmlivesupport.com). If it is a website, then search for the website (ex. mlmlivesupport.com).

Here is how you check. Go to google.com, yahoo.com, or msn.com and type this in the search box:

site:blog.yourdomain.com

or

site:yourdomain.com

Should look like this picture below but with your blog domain or website domain name.



When you do this search, it will list all your pages that are indexed. If your pages show up when you do this search, then your blog is listed.

You do not submit each page, only the main url for the domain.

Do this for all the search engines.

If you are indexed for all of them, then you do not need to submit your site to the search engines. You just need to get some links pointed towards that specific page. Then that page will get listed.

How To Get Your Site Listed In The Search Engines

If your site is not listed yet, you can submit it to the search engines.

Remember, you only submit your main domain name and not individual pages.

Ex. blog.mlmlivesupport.com and not blog.mlmlivesupport.com/how-to-get-traffic.hml

Click here To submit to google
(or search google for submit url to google)

Click here to submit to Yahoo
(or search yahoo for submit url to yahoo)

Click here to submit to MSN
(or search msn for submit url to msn)

Only use a link from the search engine. Ex. http://beta.search.msn.com/docs/submit.aspx and not www.submitexpress.com/submit.html

Getting Links To Your Page or Website

Sometimes using the search engine submitter takes a while to work. The other great way to get the search engines to pick up your page or site is by putting links on pages on the internet to it.

You can use free programs to do this very easily.

Matter of fact, I had to do this for some of my pages. I have a squiddo and hub page and it just was not getting picked up. So I linked to it from my blog yesterday, and today it shows up in my google alert report that it is picked up.

These are places you can have links point to different pages:

• Website
• Blog
• Squiddoo
• Twitter
• Hub page
• Youtube
• Metacafe

Blogs are a great way to get links picked up by the search engine.

If your squiddoo, twitter, stumble upon or Hub page is already listed in the search engine, you can also create a link from these to the page to get the search engine to pick it up.

Another great way is to create a good video and upload it to youtube and metacafe. Add a link in the description field and the search engines will pick it up.

It is very important to get links anyway, so this is always good to do. The more high quality links to your page or site, the more the search engines will push it to the top.

FREE Resources To Build Web Traffic

When you are building a web presence, one of the most important things to do is to build links to your websites, blogs, and any other presence that you have on the internet.

I am using these same resources that I am recommending and all of them are 100% free.

1. Squidoo

Squidoo is very similar to hub pages but they call it a lens. It kinda looks like a blog but everything stays on 1 page instead of having different pages to each post you write. The great thing is you can create 1 or more pretty quickly and use the squiddo's high ranking to help push yours up further in the search engines for specific keywords. Its also great to get links to your site. Oh yea, you can also share in on the monetization on your page.

Downsizing - Are you next?

I work a full-time job while I am building my internetwork marketing business online. I decided to work really hard on my business to make it a full-time option for myself.

At my job, they downsized 8000 people. It was very tough. 7 out of 15 people in my group are gone, and 45-50% of the organization is gone.

It was a very tough time. None of us knew who it would be that was losing their job. The 7 in my group and the 50% all lost their job on the same day.

It was a very emotional and sad day as each of my coworkers were picked off one by one. I stood there watching and waiting to be next.

My turn never came. I am thankful for this but I am also tired of this kind of thing happening.

There is no reason for me to go through this and to be concerned about where my income where come from to pay my bills and will I lose my job tomorrow.

I refuse to go through this for the rest of my life.

I decided to work very hard to get my internetwork marketing business paying me a full-time income.

I am going to spread out my monetization methods. I will use my mlm company as one of my means.

The more methods that I have to make money, the more stable I will be. If 1 drops off, then I have a bunch more and I can work to replace that one.

The biggest problem with only having a mlm income is that the company can fire you at anytime.

It keeps you in the same situation as have a job.

Ann talks about reading and learning from Robert Kiyosaki. I also have learned a lot from him. I read his book, listen to his tapes, watched his videos, and even played his game (Cashflow).

Learning from great people like them really helps to get into the business mindset.

Robert Kiyosaki Network Marketing

Robert Kiyosaki says network marketing is a great way to move from the left side of the quadrant to the right. He talks about the quadrant in this video if you are not familiar with what it means. View this short video and then continue reading under it.

One of the things that Robert mentions that I don't agree with is that network marketing companies provide support and training to help you become successful. Most companies do not do this.

Their training is outdated and just not very good. Chasing down friends and family doesn't sound like a business process to me.

There are people out there like myself who understand ways to run a network marketing business like a real business and get customers and business lead from the internet.

If you haven't read Robert Kiyosaki's book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, I recommend you do. Its a great story to read. He also has a game called cashflow. It is very fun and educational. I have this game and learned a lot from it.
